How to Be LovedBeing loved is what we all want, isn't it?
So why does it sometimes seem impossible? Love yourself first. No, this does not mean become self absorbed, it simply means be happy within yourself. If you are happy with who you are, soon enough others will follow.
Steps1.Find what makes you tick. It could mean just picking up a new hobby or throwing yourself into a job you love. Find a passion, something that distracts you from everything and allows you to relax. Not only is it good for your soul, eventually its a conversation starter. When it does come time to find love, whether friendly or romantic, you'll have a common ground. Something to share with others, a shared interest can often bring the unlikeliest of people together. Find a passion and eventually you will find someone to share it with.
2.Stop bottling things up! If you are angry or sad, let it out! Write it down or even just draw it. No one likes "baggage" and it can often scare others off or be deemed "unattractive". Here's a good example of how to relieve stress: Grab any old piece of paper (junk mail and receipts work the best) and write down the bad things about your day. When you're done, look over the list and when you're ready, crumple it up and throw it away. When you're done with this, take out a journal and write down all the good things that happened to you that day. And it can be anything from "I wasn't late for work(again)" to "I spoke to him/her in class today".
3.Separate the goods from the bads. It's important to separate them because on the days you need it, all those happy memories and all those lists and plans and dreams are great reminder of "life wasn't always this bad." 4.Treat yourself well! As shallow as it is, if you are happy as you can be on the inside, what’s wrong with polishing up the outside? So spoil yourself every once in a while! Try a new haircut or indulge in that outfit you swear "you don't need". Everyone deserves a little gift to themselves every once in a while. Even a cheap little nick-knack or trinket can brighten your spirits.

Tips
Have confidence in yourself and more importantly in others. Confidence is contagious so let it shine! Nothing is sexier than some one with their head on straight. You could have everything in the world or nothing, but if you are confident in yourself, you couldn't be more attractive. You are beautiful! Remind yourself of that constantly. Always have patience. “Ladybugs, Katherine, lots and lots of ladybugs”. Under the Tuscan Sun? No, well Katherine tells Frances to be patient and looking for a man is like looking for a ladybug, when you finally give up they’re crawling all over you. Work on yourself and your own happiness and when you least expect it, luck might strike. Keep writing. It really helps to get everything out and eventually let it all go. But remember separate the good from the bad and hold onto all the good memories. Also remember people can’t make you happy, only you can. Sure others bring something to the table, but at the end of the day you need to know what makes you happy and what will keep you happy.
Warnings
Everyone learns from their mistakes. Hearts don’t break; they just get a little bruised sometimes. You’ll grow, you’ll live, and you’ll move on. Sometimes hearts break, but you have to glue the pieces back, love comes again!
