TERMINATION COMPENSATION PLAN

This programme is only valid for Domestic workers in Hong Kong.
या योजना Hong Kong को Domestic Contract Worker हरुको लागी मात्र हो ।

Any worker can be a member of this programme and avail the facility.
यो योजनामा यस अन्तर्गत सदस्यता लिई उपभोग गर्न सकिन्छ ।

3. Members under this programme will avail facility as below.
यो योजनाका सदस्यहरुलाई निम्न बमोजिमको सुविधाहरु पाउने छन् : –

a) On termination from work he/she will get HKG 3000 (HKG Dollar Three Thousand only).
Hong Kong मा काम गर्दा गर्दै Termination भएमा HK$ 3000 (three thousand only) बराबरको राहत सुविधा पाउने छ।
b) On natural death cases a member under this programme will get HK$ 10,000/- (HK$ Ten Thousand only).
यस योजना अन्तर्गत युनिटी को सदस्य रहुन्जेल मृत्यु भएमा HK$ 10,000 (ten thousand only) बराबरको राहत सुविधा पाउने छ ।
c) On accidental death cases a member under this programme will get HK$ 50,000/- (HK$ Fifty Thousand only).
यस योजना अन्तर्गत युनिटीको सदस्य रहुन्जेल HK$ 50,000 (fifty thousand only) Accidental Death Insurance पाउने छ ।
d) This programme is only for workers working in HKG on contract basis and is valid only for that contract period.
यो योजना contract मा काम गर्दाको अवधि भित्र मात्र लागु हुनेछ।

To claim for the termination amount following papers should be submitted.

Termination Plan अन्तर्गत Termination Amount लिनलाई निम्न कागजातहरु पेश गर्नु पर्ने : –

a) HK ID Card

b) Termination proof

c) Application with verified signature from 3 associates.

5. Even after termination a member under this programme can keep his/her tracking centre and avail other facilities. If he/she wishes to avail other facility he/she should pay for that particular programme.

टर्मिनेशन प्लान अन्तर्गत टर्मिनेशन भएका सदस्यहरुले Tracking Centre यथावत रहि जसमा अरु सेवा सुविधा नभए पनि काम गर्न पाउने र अरु आम्दानीको अधिकार यथावत रहि रहने छ। सेवा सुविधा लिने हो भने त्यसै मुल्य बराबर चुक्ता गरि लिन सकिने छ।

A member wishes to renew his/her contract without termination will be automatically transferred to ILL Fated Demise Facility.

Termination नभई Contract Break र Finished Contract छ भने सोही दिन देखि लागु हुने गरि ILL Fated Demise Facility मा स्वतः परिवर्तन हुनेछ।

If a member wishes to renew his/her contract or change their employer need not to pay extra. He/she should inform the office if changes are to be made. The company will not hold responsibility if information is not given.

यदि Contract फेरि थपिन गएमा वा अर्को ठाँउमा गर्न गएमा त्यहि रकमले हुनेछ , त्यसको लागि भने रकम थप गर्नुपर्ने छैन। कार्यालयमा जानकारी गराई योजना परिवर्तन गर्नु पर्ने छ। कार्यालयमा जानकारी नगराएको खण्डमा कम्पनी जवाफदेही हुने छैन।

A member to claim their Terminated amount should at least be serving for two months.

यो योजना अन्तर्गत Termination Amount प्राप्त गर्न लाई युनिटीमा Join गरेको २ महिना नाघेको हुनुपर्छ , नत्र पाउने छैन।

A member under this programme is not allowed to cancel before five years.

यो योजना पाँच वर्ष भन्दा पहिला Cancel गर्न सकिने छैन।

A member cancelling membership after five years will get back their amount as below.

पाँच वर्ष नाघे पछि फिर्ता लिन सकिने छ र फिर्ता लिँदा पाउने रकम निम्न छन् : –
